We operate local butcheries serving Tauranga, Bethlehem, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa and surrounding areas.

Online ordering

Orders may be placed online for collection or local delivery where available.

NZ consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Placing an Order

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices shown at checkout.

We may accept or decline an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, delivery location, payment issues, or suspected misuse of the website.

Because we sell fresh meat and butchery products, availability may change. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange a suitable replacement, refund or adjustment.

Pricing & payment

Displayed pricing

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time before an order is accepted.

Fresh meat portions

Some meat products may be sold by approximate weight. Final prepared weights may vary slightly due to trimming, cutting and preparation.

Secure checkout

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders may not be prepared until payment has been confirmed.

Pricing or listing mistakes

If a genuine pricing, product or website error occurs, we may contact you to correct the order, cancel the affected item, or provide a refund.

Receiving Your Order

Collection & delivery

Depending on your location and the options available at checkout, you may be able to choose Click & Collect, local delivery, or another available fulfilment option.

Click & Collect

Collect your order from the selected butchery during the confirmed collection window.

Local delivery

Delivery is available only to eligible areas and may be subject to minimum order values, delivery fees and available timeframes.

Order timing

We will do our best to meet confirmed timeframes, but delays may occur due to availability, preparation needs, traffic or events outside our control.

Meat and fresh food products must be collected or received promptly and stored safely. Once an order has been collected or delivered, safe handling and storage become your responsibility.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

When something needs to change

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because we prepare fresh and perishable products, some changes may not be possible once preparation has started.

Change requests

We will try to help where the order has not yet been prepared.

Cancellations

Cancellations may not be available once fresh products have been cut, packed or prepared.

Returns

For food safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of perishable products unless required by law.

Order issues

If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly so we can assess it and help resolve the issue.
