Delivery & Click & Collect
At The Butchery Group, we make it easy to order premium-quality meat online for delivery to eligible North Island addresses or collection from one of our Tauranga butcheries.
North Island Delivery
We offer delivery to eligible residential and business addresses throughout the North Island of New Zealand only.
We do not deliver to the South Island, Rural Delivery (RD) addresses or PO Boxes.
Our products are fresh, chilled and perishable. Rural delivery services can involve additional transit time and handling, which may affect temperature control and product quality during transport. For this reason, we are unable to send orders to Rural Delivery (RD) addresses.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. If you are unsure whether your address is eligible, please contact us before ordering.
Receiving Your Delivery
Perishable Goods
Our products are fresh and perishable and are packed carefully for chilled transport.
To protect the quality and safety of your order, we reserve the right to decline delivery to an address where the expected courier transit time is unsuitable for transporting perishable goods.
When Your Order Arrives
Once your order has been delivered, please refrigerate or freeze the products as soon as possible.
If you will not be home at the time of delivery, please provide clear delivery instructions at checkout and nominate a safe, shaded and secure location where the courier can leave your order.
Click & Collect
Prefer to collect? Select Click & Collect during checkout and choose your preferred store.
Available collection dates and times will be shown during checkout. When collecting your order, please provide your name and order number so our team can quickly locate your purchase.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by weather, courier network disruptions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Because your order contains perishable goods, we may delay dispatch where sending an order could result in an unsuitable delivery timeframe.
